REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

Caritas Nepal is inviting eligible and qualified suppliers to submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the supply and delivery of IT equipment under the Bhotekoshi Emergency Flood Response Program.

The relief materials will be distributed to affected communities at various locations within the mentioned districts, as required by the program. Considering the urgent nature of the response,

The quotation must be submitted either as a sealed quotation to the Caritas Nepal Head Office, Dhobighat, Lalitpur, no later than 27th October 2026 by 02:00 PM, or electronically via email to “procurementdepartment@caritas.org.np” in a password-protected file by the same deadline.
