1. Introduction

RUWDUC, a non-governmental organization implementing community-based Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) activities, hereby invites sealed quotations from eligible and qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of DRR materials as outlined in this RFQ.

This procurement is conducted in accordance with the organization’s procurement policy and applicable donor compliance guidelines, ensuring transparency, fairness, and value for money.

Details / Requirements

Mandatory Documents to be Included with the Quotation:

1. Company Registration Certificate and Renewal Certificates.
2. Tax Clearance Certificate for Fiscal Year 2082/83 (BS) or a valid document showing an extension of the tax filing deadline.
3. VAT Registration Certificate.
4. Completed and duly signed and stamped Due Diligence Form and Bid Form.

Application Submission Procedure

Interested suppliers are requested to submit their sealed quotations within 16 days from the date of publication of this notice, no later than 5:00 PM on 22 June 2026 (corresponding to 2082/03/08 B.S.), at either of the following RUWDUC offices:

• Hasanpur, Dhangadhi Field Office, or
• Amargadhi 5, Tufandanda, Dadeldhura Office

Quotations may be submitted in person or through courier service.
