APEIRON, a national non-governmental organization, invites sealed quotations from eligible and qualified suppliers for the supply of Office Stationery in accordance with the specifications and terms outlined below.

2. Terms and Conditions

• Delivery Location: APEIRON Office, Baluwatar Kathmandu, Nepal 
• Delivery Time: Within 10 working days from the date of Purchase Order
• Payment Terms: Within 7 days after delivery and successful acceptance of goods
• Taxation: All applicable taxes must be included in the quoted prices
• Disclaimer: APEIRON reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.

3. Quotation Requirements:

Please ensure your quotation includes:

• Company Registration Certificate
• Copy of PAN/VAT registration and other certificate
• Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
• Authorized Dealership Certificate (if applicable)
• Product Brochure or specification sheet if applicable
• Quotation Validity: Must be valid for the Nepali fiscal year 2082/083
