RFP Number: WVIN-SCM-RFP-2026-008 (Long Term Agreement for Security Guard Services)

World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal) is a non profit humanitarian INGO working with children, families, and communities to overcome poverty and injustice through its development and emergency response programmes.WVI Nepal hereby invites proposals from eligible, qualified, and experienced Security Guard Service Providers for the provision of security services may include day and/or night shifts at  office premises, residences, or other facilities as specified during the contract period. The initial requirement is for fifteen (15) security guards; however, this number may increase or decrease based on organizational needs during the contract period.

The successful bidder will be awarded a long term agreement (LTA) for a period of two (2) years, with the possibility of extension subject to satisfactory performance.

The purpose of this RFP is to competitively and transparently assess the capacity of service providers and select the most responsive bidder in line with WVI Nepal’s procurement and security standards.

Interested bidders must fully comply with prevailing labor laws of Nepal, including minimum wage, social security contributions and statutory employee benefits, and have proven experience in providing security services to INGOs, NGOs, diplomatic missions, or similar organizations.

• The final deadline for the submission of proposals is end of the day of 05 April  2026.  The proposals shall be submitted via email to npl_scmbid@wvi.org
• Proposals received via any other medium or beyond submission deadline shall not be considered.

• WVI Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason.

Evaluation Criteria:

Quality and Cost Based Selection [70:30 (Technical +Financial) ]. Only bidders achieving the minimum qualifying technical score will be considered for financial evaluation. Detail technical evaluation criteria are outlined in RFP document.

WVI Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
