Request for Proposal/Quotation (RFP/Q)

Since 1977, in close partnership with the Government of Nepal, civil society, academia, and the private sector, FHI 360 Nepal delivers essential health services—including HIV, maternal, newborn and child health and nutrition—along with procurement and supply chain management, global health security and air quality management. FHI 360 Nepal Office is requesting proposal/quotation from qualified locally registered agencies for following services:

1. Cleaning Service
2. Driving Service
3. Guarding Service
4. Event Management
5. Production of information, education and communication (IEC) materials, outreach & clinical forms, technical reports and other publications
6. Hotel Service for residential and non-residential events in Kathmandu valley (Bhaktapur, Kathmandu, Lalitpur) and outside Kathmandu Valley (Banke, Chitwan, Dang, Dhanusha, Kailali, Kaski, Kavre, Mahottari, Makawanpur, Morang, Parsa, Rupandehi, Sunsari, Surkhet)

Template to quote rates or guidelines to prepare proposal and other requirements for proposal/quotation submission can be obtained via email request to ProcurementNP@fhi360.org

Electronic proposal/quotation including all required documents should be submitted through email to ProcurementNP@fhi360.org following FHI 360 Nepal’s instructions for electronic proposal/quotation submission.

The deadline for submission of the proposal/quotation is May 10, 2026. Proposal/quotation received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be considered non-responsive.

FHI 360 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals/quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
