Centre for Equal Access Development Nepal (CEAD-Nepal), Doti, registered as non-profitable non-governmental development organization was established in 2063 for Community development activities at the grass root level of Doti district. The registration number of CEAD at the district Administration Office and also affiliated to the Social Welfare Council (SWC)

Centre for Equal Access Development CEAD Nepal is working in 4 Rural/Municipality Sayal, Aadarsha, Purbichuki and Dipayal Silgadhi Municipality partnering with World Vision International Nepal in Integrated Development Programs since 2001 in Doti District guided by its Integrated Programming Framework (IPF) SHIELD, Project. WVI Nepal works to improve multiple dimensions of child well-being, including child protection, education, health and nutrition, livelihoods, and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH). These efforts are aligned with the national priorities set by the Government of Nepal. At the local level, governments are adopting the Child-Friendly Local Governance (CFLG) framework to institutionalize child rights within planning, budgeting, and service delivery systems. CFLG aims to ensure that children’s needs and rights are systematically addressed across all sectors of local governance.

CEAD Nepal allowing with WFO (WVI Nepal) PNGO’s is planning to procure below mentioned services, so we invite proposal form interested Consultant form for the same. The detail service, terms and conditions are as below.

Terms and Conditions for Supply and Delivery

1. RFP should be submitted by May 5, 2026 before 5:00 PM (15 days of the notice publication). RFP received after the specified date and time of the invitation, will not be considered.
2. Quoted rate should be mentioned with VAT and other necessary Taxes if applicable in remarks and financial proposal should be submitted in a separate file.
3. Consultants should send the PAN/VAT registration document, Tax clearance document, Suppliers renewal document and experience document if any. (as per RFP)
4. Expected service delivery date will start within 5 days of Agreement signed.
5. Payment will be made as per mentioned in detail ToR, and if you have any objection or expectation, please write to ceadsupplychain3@gmail.com
6. The contract will be awarded as per CEAD Nepal bid evaluation criteria which is clearly defined in the RFP.
7. CEAD Nepal Doti reserves the right to reject any or all quotations. The successful bidder or bidders will be notified at the earliest possible date.
8. Supplier/consultant should use the prescribed template or subject line as mentioned in RFP for technical proposal and standard template for financial proposal as per attached or request to ceadsupplychain3@gmail.com and offers should be sent to the following address.
9. Any consultancy/firm can apply for one or any of the consultancy services required as posted above.
