Established in 2015, Prakriti Resources Centre (PRC) is a Nepal-based non-governmental organization committed to advancing climate justice, environmental sustainability, and resilient development. Prakriti Resources Centre hereby invites EOI from the qualified firm’s/consultants to conduct “Baseline Study and Energy Audit of BEACON Project” funded by Bread for the World.

Interested Firms/Consultant(s) are requested to submit their applications to procurement@prc.org.np within 27 October 2025, before 5:00 PM along with the following documents.

• Technical proposal including understanding of TOR, detailed methodology, work plan, and team composition with CVs.
• Financial proposal detailing budget with daily rates, all associated costs (travel, accommodation, per diem, etc.), workshop cost and applicable taxes.
• Firm’s profile and relevant work samples.
• Copy of VAT certificate, latest tax clearance and company registration documents
• And other documents if applicable
