WaterAid Nepal invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible suppliers and vendors for the supply of Lenovo Thinkpad T14 Gen 7 And/OR  Lenovo Thinkpad T14 Gen 6.

Interested suppliers and vendors are requested to submit their quotations in the prescribed Request for Quotation (RFQ) format available through link provided with this EOI call no later than 16th November 2026.

REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FORM

The quotation is requested to submit in email: nepal-procurement@wateraid.org along with requeted documents mentioned below to be considered eligible for financial evaluation. 

• Company Registration Certificate
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Latest Tax Clearance Certificate (Fiscal Year 2082/83)
• Any applicable authorisation letters from the manufacturer/distributor
• Any other relevant documents supporting the company's legal status, validity, or eligibility
