International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal.

For the following positions, INF Nepal Central Office, Pokhara is seeking competent, skilled, service-oriented, and devoted Nepali citizens who share our vision, missions, and values.

1. Position: Quality Improvement Manager (Re-Vacancy)

Required No: 1

Location: Central Office, Pokhara

Purpose of the Job: 

The job holder will support the identification and setting of quality benchmarks, and initiatives to improve operational excellence and the quality of services in INF Nepal, in line with the organization’s mission, vision, and values, and ensure benchmarks are reached.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge: 

  • Master’s in Public Health (MPH) or in any related field with at least 5 years of post- qualification work experience in a related field.
  • Must have experience in quality improvement programs either in clinical or community settings.
  • Ability to provide meticulous oversight and evaluation with attention to detail.
  • Efficiency with information gathering, time management, multitasking, project management, problem-solving, and conflict management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analytics with the ability to take complex data sets, effectively data mine them, and through thorough analysis identify pertinent insights and interpret them,  providing actionable insights to drive quality and process improvement activities.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Computer competencies and general knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of change management techniques and tools.
  • Good understanding of, and agreement with, the values which are important to INF.

2. Position: Research Officer (Re- Vacancy)

Required No: 1

Location: Central Office, Pokhara

Purpose of the Job:

The job holder is responsible for supporting and coordinating research initiatives at INF Nepal. Provide technical research support for research projects in INF Nepal.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health (BPH) or in any related fields with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the relevant field.
  • Prior experience in research and evaluation of projects in either a clinical or community setting.
  • Must have skills in quantitative research, including data collection, analysis, basic statistics, and scientific writing. Skills in qualitative research are an advantage.
  • Good in English language both written and spoken.
  • Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Computer competencies and general knowledge of Word, Excel, and PPT.
  • Able to work with multidisciplinary teams and must be willing to travel.
  • Understanding of, and agreement with, the values which are important to INF.
