📍 Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

💰 Salary: NPR 50,000–60,000/month (based on experience & performance)

🕐 Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

📅 Days: Sunday – Friday

🏠 Work Type: Hybrid – Office & WFH

🏢 About Us

We are a growing Australian-based group of companies operating across education, training, migration and related services. The successful candidate will primarily manage the operations of our Australian College/RTO while working with teams across the wider group.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day college/RTO operations.
• Lead admissions, administration, student support and other operational teams.
• Oversee student enquiries, enrolments, documentation and follow-ups.
• Coordinate trainers, classes, assessments and course delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, team performance and business targets.
• Work with compliance and accounts teams on RTO requirements, fees and student matters.
• Resolve student issues and ensure excellent customer service.
• Improve internal systems, workflows, CRM and operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports and liaise with Australian management, trainers and education partners.

✅ Requirements

• Experience working with an Australian-based company, preferably an RTO, CRICOS college, education, training or migration organisation.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in student administration/admissions and operational coordination.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Australian RTO/education processes will be highly regarded.
