The University of Nepal (UNepal), located at Sano Gaucharan, Kathmandu, Nepal, is a research-oriented, multidisciplinary, autonomous public university established under the University of Nepal Act 2024 AD (2081 BS). UNepal invites sealed quotations from eligible and registered service provider for the supply of Security Guards and Office Cleaners. Interested service providers are requested to submit their quotations as per the details mentioned below:

2. Eligibility Criteria:

• Firm registration with renewal.
• Copy of VAT.
• Copy of tax clearance for fiscal year 2081/082.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.

3. Submission Details:

• Publication Date: 24th April 2026
• Deadline for submission of quotation: 4th May 2026 before 4 pm University of Nepal, Sano Gaurachan.

4. Submission Mode:  Two-stage system (Technical Proposal with company profiles and require documents & Financial proposal in separate sealed envelopes inside a larger sealed envelope).
