NATIONAL DIRECTOR,

SPECIAL OLYMPICS NEPAL

Kathmandu, Nepal

Are you a visionary leader passionate about sports, inclusion, and empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities? Special Olympics Nepal is looking for a dynamic National Director to lead our mission of building a more inclusive society through the power of sport.

In this senior leadership role, you will drive strategic growth, forge high-level partnerships, and oversee nationwide programs that align with Nepal's values of Gross National Happiness (GNH).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership:

Lead the implementation of strategic plans and unified sports programs.

Partnerships & Fundraising:

Secure resources and manage relationships with government agencies, donors, and NGOs.

Operations & Finance:

Manage day-to-day operations, budgets, and a dedicated team.

Advocacy:

Represent Nepal at national and international forums to promote the rights of athletes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• A Bachelor's degree with extensive professional experience. 
• 5–7 years of senior leadership experience (NGO, sports, or development sectors). 
• Expertise in strategic planning, fundraising, and team management. 
• Fluency in English. 
• 2 YEARS CONTRACT (RENEWABLE)
