RRPK, in partnership with Plan International Nepal, is implementing the Girls Get Equal 2.0: Abha Project in Sarlahi District to empower adolescent girls and young women.

RRPK invites tenders from qualified and dedicated Nepalese Suppliers/vendors who are reliable, experienced, responsible, and capable of delivering high-quality results based on the set specification, requirements and terms & conditions set forth in the tender documents.

Description of the requirement: ALP Printing (Book & Cards)

Detailed requirements & Specifications are included in bid documents which can be collected from RRPK Office or email or download form JobsNepal.com Online portal.

1. Tender forms must be completed and submitted in a closed, sealed envelope addressed to the RRPK office in Malangwa, Sarlahi (full address provided below).  
2. Tender documents will be available from 28th April 2026 to 18th May 2026 12:00 noon.  
3. Collection and submission of tender documents are permitted from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday to Friday, excluding government holidays.  
4. The deadline for submitting the tender documents is 18th May 2026, by 05:00 PM.  
5. The envelope must be clearly marked with “Tender Document for ALP Printing.”
6. Tender documents will not be accepted after the specified deadline.  
7. Interested Suppliers/vendors are required to submit the following documents when requesting the tender documents: a copy of the valid company registration certificate, a copy of VAT registration certificate, and a copy of tax clearance certificate (new FY) or renewal letter.
8. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder’s representatives who wish to attend, at 1:00 PM on May 19, 2026, at the RRPK office located in Malangwa-10, Sarlahi, Madhesh Province.  
9. Interested contractors may collect the tender documents from the RRPK Office in Malangwa-10, Sarlahi, or download form online portal JobsNepal.com or request them via email at procurement.gge.rrpk@gmail.com. The documents include the legal requirements specified in clause 7.  
10. RRPK reserves the right to award the contracts either fully or partially, as deemed appropriate.  
11. RRPK will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in preparing their bids.
