PeaceWin Nepal is a women leadership-focused, non-governmental, non-profit, social organization. It was established locally in 2047 BS (September 26, 1990) and registered at the District Administration Office of Bajura on 5th Poush, 2049 BS (December 20, 1992 AD) with the vision of “Competent Individuals, Happy Families, and Prosperous Society.” The organization works primarily with disadvantaged groups, especially children and women, promoting and practicing their social, economic, and cultural rights. It addresses various social issues such as Chaupadi, child marriage, Malnutrition, gender-based violence, and ethnic and other forms of discrimination through integrated efforts and mainstreaming. In collaboration with Welthungerhilfe (WHH), PeaceWin Nepal/WAC and SAMABIKASH Nepal have been implementing the "Women in Climate Resilient Agri-System for Enhanced Nutrition Security (WE-CAN)" project since December 2024. The project focuses on fostering climate-resilient local food systems and empowering women in the municipalities of Sanfebagar and Chaurpati in Achham District, Sudurpashchim Province. PeaceWin, Nepal Invites eligible and qualified individual consultants/company to submit a Technical and financial proposal for the assignment titled “Construct Rainwater Harvesting Tanks).

In the targeted communities, limited access to reliable irrigation facilities and heavy dependence on seasonal rainfall have constrained agricultural production. Climate variability has further intensified water shortages, leading to reduced crop productivity and income. The absence of efficient water storage and management systems necessitates the design and construction of rainwater harvesting tanks to support year-round irrigation. Please refer to the Terms of Reference (ToR) for detailed information regarding the scope of work and expected deliverables.

Submission Deadline: The complete set of proposal documents must be submitted by 17 Baishakh, 2083 (April 30, 2026) during office hours. If the last date of submission falls on a public holiday, proposals will be accepted on the next working day

Submission Options: Interested consultants may submit their quotation documents in person at PeaceWin Nepal office, Martadi, Bajura or at the District Project Support Office, Sanfebagar, Achham Or via Courier upon Prior request. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason and without incurring any obligation.

• Application Letter
• Updated Resume 
• Educational Qualifications 
• Copy of Citizenship Certificate - (For individual consultants).
• Relevant Supporting Documents - Additional certificates, publications, or evidence of similar consultancy work may be submitted to strengthen the application.
• Technical Proposal - Including methodology, proposed strategy development approach, timeline, and outline of contents.
• Financial Proposal - Detailed budget with proposed consultancy rate (note: the quoted rate must remain valid for one year).
• Additional Documentation - PeaceWin Nepal may request further documents or clarifications during the evaluation process.

Note: Without sealed quotation will not be included. Any quotation submitted without proper sealing or without password protection in M-format shall not be considered and will be excluded from the selection process. Either in sealed form or via email in PDF format with password protection.
