Save the Saptari is a non-profit humanitarian organization established in 1999 in Saptari, working to improve the lives of marginalized communities through education, health, WASH, livelihoods, DRR, and climate resilience using a community-based approach.

In partnership with Save the Children, it is implementing school construction under the Sponsorship Project in Chhinnamasta Rural Municipality, driven by a strong team guided by safeguarding, GESI, and organizational policies to ensure quality and accountability.

In Partnership with Save the Children, Save the Saptari is undertaking the construction work in school Building/ Block in Chhinnamasta Rural Municipalities under Sponsorship project.

Hereafter, Save the Saptari invites submissions of Sealed Bid from Nepalese eligible and qualified contractors for the following services:

Detailed instructions and Sealed Bid Response documents are available starting Tuesday, May 05, 2026, by request at procurement@savethesaptari.org When emailing your request, you must provide: bid reference number (STS_Works_001_2025/26 and STS_Works_002_2025/26), your company name, your name, contact number, other valid email addresses with scanned copy of company registration, VAT registration and Tax clearance certificate of FY 2081/82.

LAST DAY TO SUBMIT BIDS: Monday, May 11, 2026, 16:00 HRS 

All submissions need to be in sealed envelopes.  Details are in the sealed bid response documents.

STS reserves the right to award none, partial or the entire bids to one or more bidders.
