- The standard bidding document is available at: https://notice.helvetasnepal.org
- The sealed bid must be submitted by 29 August 2025; 5 PM to the addresses mentioned in the Bid Data Sheet (BDS) of the bidding document.
- Pre-bid meeting will be held as per the schedule mentioned in the BDS of the bidding document.
- Acceptance or rejection of the bid, award of the contract, or cancellation of the whole process shall remain within the jurisdiction of Helvetas Nepal.
