Project Title: “Inclusive Nurturing System to Promote digital Innovation, job Readiness, and quality basic Education” (INSPIRE)

Procurement of: Drone Pilot Training

Community Development & Advocacy Forum Nepal (CDAFN), with support from Save the Children, invites a Sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) from eligible and qualified training service providers for the delivery of Drone Pilot Training. Interested service providers may obtain the RFP documents from Community Development and Advocacy Forum Nepal (CDAFN) at the address given below during office hours or download from the link.

1. Interested eligible training service providers may obtain further information before 3 September 2026, by 5.00 PM.
2. Sealed Quotation must be submitted to the address given below, before 7 September 2026, by 5.00 PM.
3. Submitted proposal will be opened in the presence of the consultant or Training Providers representatives (Not Compulsory) who choose to attend on 8 September 2026, 1 PM at the Community Development & Advocacy Forum Nepal (CDAFN) INSPIRE Project office, Aurahi-1, Mahottari.
4. Financial and Technical proposals should be submitted in 2 separate sealed envelopes. Those whose financial and technical proposals are in a single envelope will be considered ineligible for the further process. Financial proposals will be opened only for bidders who meet the minimum qualifying score/criteria in the technical evaluation."

Note: CDAFN reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications. Any decision made by CDAFN in this regard shall be final.
