Invitation for Expression of Interest (EoI)

Childaid Network Foundation invites expressions of interest and proposals from experienced external consultants, consulting teams, or consulting firms registered in Nepal only (individuals or entities with PAN/VAT) to undertake an action-oriented study on school management and education quality in Nepal, including a context analysis for Madhesh Province, as described in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR). The assignment will identify effective leadership and school management practices in current project schools in Koshi and Bagmati provinces, develop prioritized, implementable actions for integration from the April 2026 academic year, and inform education, child rights, and livelihood programming in Madhesh Province. Interested applicants with strong expertise in school management, public education systems, and field-based research, and with proven ability to translate evidence into practical recommendations, are invited to submit a technical proposal, financial proposal, detailed CV(s), registration and legal documents, and any other required supporting materials in accordance with the TOR.
