Sindhuli Integrated Development Services Nepal (SIDS/Nepal) 

Sindhuli Integrated Development Services Nepal (SIDS/Nepal) is a national, non-profit making, non-political and secular organization. It was registered in 1994 with District Administration Office, Sindhuli under Organization Registration Act 2034 B.S. SIDS/Nepal is continuously being supported by different national, international donors and I/NGOs as well as government of Nepal.

In partnership with Heifer International Nepal and Kamalamai Municipality, SIDS/Nepal is implementing the Milky Way Project in Kamalamai Municipality, Sindhuli. The project aims to transform Nepal’s dairy sector by supporting small-scale dairy farmers, especially women, through strengthened cooperatives, enhanced productivity, and diversified market access.

SIDS/Nepal is seeking experienced trainers to facilitate Leadership Development Training for cooperative members. The training will focus on building leadership skills, improving governance, strengthening cooperative management, and empowering members to enhance efficiency, profitability, and sustainability of their dairy enterprises.

Trainer Requirement

The organization requires two qualified trainers to jointly conduct the full five-day training program.

Requirements for the lead trainer 

Individuals and firm meeting following requirements are encouraged to apply 

• Minimum qualification: Master's degree in Management, Development studies, social science or relevant field.
• Must have completed TOT in Cooperative Management or Leadership Development.
• Proven experience (five years or more) and expertise in facilitating cooperative-related trainings.
• Strong knowledge of cooperative laws, governance standards, documentation, related software and reporting procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver participatory and practical leadership-oriented training.

i. CVs of key personnel (not exceeding 3 pages each).

ii. Brief proposal outlining training methodology and tools

iii. Financial proposal in the provided format

iv. List of previous consultancies and similar assignments conducted

v. Company/Firm registration certificate 

vi. A copy of PAN/VAT certificate 

vii. Tax clearance certificate FY 081-82 

SIDS/Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected individuals.
