Panchtara Yuwa Samrakshak Manch (PTYSM) is implementing the SHIELD-IPF project in Bheri Municipality and Nalgad Municipality in partnership with World Vision International (WVI) Nepal. The project is committed to improving child protection and overall child well-being. Additionally,

1. strengthen CDMCs, LDMCS with logistic support (SAR materials),
2. it promotes eco-friendly practices in schools and communities through greening initiatives, gardening, solid waste management, and strengthening community-based natural resource management organizations to support community regreening efforts (Seedling procure),
3. assignment supports evidence-based planning through integrated assessments of biophysical conditions, governance, GEDSI, conflict, livelihoods, and disaster risk (Assessment report develop-consultancy service).

PTYSM Jajarkot hereby invites interested and eligible bidders to submit sealed bids or email submissions (in password-protected PDF format) for the supply and services for above mentioned materials procure and consultancy services.

Bidders must submit the following documents with their proposal:

1. Valid PAN/VAT Registration Certificate
2. Tax Clearance Certificates for the last three fiscal years
3. Three (3) letters of reference or work experience certificates demonstrating relevant prior experience
4. Line items 3 (Assessment report development) will be eligible for individual consultant also and supporting documents are mandatory as ToR.
