Rural Community Development Center (RCDC), in collaboration with World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal), invites sealed bids for the construction of a double-storey RCC school building and a single-storey toilet block at Janajagriti Basic School, Besisahar-11, Lamjung. Eligibility Criteria: The bidder must have maintained an annual construction turnover of at least NPR 15 million for each of the past three consecutive years. In addition, the bidder must have successfully completed at least one contract of a similar nature (public building construction) valued at NPR 10 million or more within the last three years.

1.Bidders may obtain an electronic copy of the complete set of bidding documents from 24 December 2025 until 06 January, 2026 by 4:00 PM (Nepal time) upon submission of an application along with copies of legal documents (VAT, Registration, updated license, Tax clearance) to the email address provided below.

2. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount specified in the table above, valid for 60 days after the bid opening date. Bids should be submitted in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders no later than 4:00 PM on 07 January, 2026 at the address provided below. The Technical Proposal will be opened at the RCDC Office in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on 09 January, 2026 at 11:00 AM.

3. RCDC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without providing any reason. Furthermore, bidders are informed that any modification, suspension, or cancellation of the project or its committed budget by the donor will be communicated at any stage of the bidding process prior to contract award.
