Rural Community Development Centre (RCDC- Nepal) Lamjung works for the wellbeing of children, happiness of women and advocacy for governance culture. It has managed quality education, Child Health and Hygiene, Climate Change Adaptation, Nutrition and Resilience Livelihood, WASH, Local Governance, and Community Development initiatives that bring prosperity and wellbeing of vulnerable communities.
Rural Community Development Centre (RCDC) Nepal, in partnership with World Vision International Nepal, is going to implement "Sponsorship Operation Program (SOP) and Core Project Models of Citizens Voice and Actions, Child Protection" through the Integrated Programme Framework (IPF) to ensure wellbeing of most vulnerable children and families in Besishahar Muncipality, Sundarbazar Municipality and Dordi Rural Municipality of Lamjung District. RCDC - Nepal is seeking for energetic, dedicated, self-motivated, professional personals and motivated Nepali citizens for the following positions under our ongoing partnership projects as mentioned below. Position: Impact + Officer
Number: 1 (One)
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the IMPACT+ Club Facilitator Orientation Training, host information sessions in the AP area, identify and engage potential project partners, Club Leaders, and coordinate Club Leaders Training,
- Support IMPACT+ Club Leaders in coordinating community information sessions, assist in forming functional Clubs in the AP area, and attend weekly meetings to help Clubs build cohesion, clarify their mission, vision, and strategy, and develop actionable plans,
- Regular mentoring and management of IMPACT+ Club Leaders, and Coaching and support of IMPACT+ Clubs to help them plan and implement club activities as per the plan,
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local community agencies and organizations to support youth services, identify new opportunities for IMPACT+ Leaders or members, share annual activity reports with partners, and communicate relevant contacts and opportunities to Club Leaders,
- Collect and organize baseline data to support project evaluation, conduct appraisals against this data, and interpret both quantitative and qualitative insights from Club visits and discussions, providing monthly and bi-annual reports on each IMPACT+ Club,
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on project progress, communicating key findings to project team and stakeholders, Document good practices and learning of Impact+ project initiatives.

Required Education/Knowledge, Skills, Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in social sciences or a related discipline (qualification in youth work would be highly valued), Knowledge of experiential education methodologies, approaches to positive youth development and local economic development approaches and methods. Experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection methods, including sampling, survey design, data analysis, and the application of these methods to project Design, Monitoring and Evaluation standards. Experience in working with diverse stakeholders. Good report writing skills. Sound skills in capacity assessment/training process and using Microsoft Office.
Duty Station: RCDC Central Office, Besishahar, Lamjung
