Position: Account/Finance Manager

Location: Dhapasi, Kathmandu , Nepal

• Himalayan Bio Products: An outlet selling naturally produced personal care products, essential oils, vegetable oils, food, spices, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting-financial operations for all three entities, ensuring effective financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Manage and coordinate with accounting personnel across the companies to maintain accurate accounting financial records.
• Develop accounting financial strategies to optimize cost-efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with accounting financial regulations and standards.
• Provide strategic accounting financial guidance to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, manage investments, and oversee tax planning and compliance.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems.
• Maintain daily updated accounting records through software or any one, and submit all tax-related data, documents, vouchers and invoices to the relevant office and institutions on time.
• Prepare quarterly, semi-annual and annual accounting and financial reports, including accounts, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts and other essential accounting and financial reports as required by the government of Nepal, other organizations and company in time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Accounting/Finance Manager as Internal Auditor or in a similar accounting financial leadership role at least more than 5 years.
• Experience in managing accounting finances across multiple business units is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
