Center for Research on Environment, Health and Population Activities (CREHPA) is not-for-profit research organization based at Lalitpur, (Kathmandu valley), Nepal. It is registered under Society's Act 2034 as a non -governmental organization (NGO). It is also registered with the Social Welfare Council (SWC), Nepal. 

CREHPA is looking for a short-term Field Research Assistant with research skills in conducting qualitative research and delivering insightful information on Sexual and Reproductive Health Programs in Nepal.

As Research Assistant, the major duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

• Attend intensive orientation training provided by CREHPA 
• Data Collection using qualitative research instruments
• Daily reporting to core team member (s)
• Comply with ethical aspects including the safety and confidentiality of the interviewees
• Work together as a team and under the guidance of Sr. Research Officers
• Transcribe the information collected and ensure the full safety of the information.
• Prepare and submit the field report.

Academic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science or Public Health.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous work experience in sector related to Sexual and Reproductive health with experience in conducting and managing qualitative research.
• Demonstrate leadership, versatility and ability to maintain the confidence with the participants.
• Ability to speak Maithili or Aawadhi Language
• Nepali Citizen.
• Female
