For Construction of 3 Earthquake-Resilient Shelter Using CSEB

Caritas Nepal is a non-profit-making NGO registered in Lalitpur, Nepal, and located at Dhobighat-4, Lalitpur.

As part of the “Nepal Flood and Landslide Recovery Program,Bagmati 2025”, Caritas Nepal (CN) aims to support flood-affected households through interventions addressing both immediate reconstruction needs and long-term community resilience.

In this regard, Caritas Nepal invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible and legally registered construction firms/service providers for the construction of three (3) earthquake-resilient shelters using Compressed Stabilized Earth Blocks (CSEB).

Project Locations: One Shelter in each wards of Mankal Rural Municipality (Ward-1; Khadak, ward2; katuwan and Ward-3; khorbanjang)

EOI Submission Deadline: 8 November 2026, Sunday (22 Kartik 2083) before 5:00 pm through either by email submission to: procurementdepartment@caritas.org.np & admin@caritas.org.np, Financial proposal must be submitted in a password-protected file. (Financial proposals submitted without password protection will not be considered for the bidding process) OR
