EOI Notice

PACE Nepal is a non-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO) established in 2006 and registered in Jumla District. PACE Nepal works for community development, disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation, education, livelihoods, food security, and social empowerment. PACE Nepal supports vulnerable communities through inclusive, participatory, and sustainable development activities in Karnali Province.To ensure fair, transparent, and efficient procurement of goods and services for its current and future projects, PACE Nepal invites eligible firms, companies, suppliers, and service providers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to be included in its approved vendor list.

Categories for Vendor Enlistment

Interested and qualified firms, companies, suppliers, and service providers may apply under one or more of the following categories and qualified firms are invited to apply under one or more of the following categories:

• Hotel, Lodge and Conference Hall Services
• Vehicle Rental and Transportation Services
• Stationery and Office Supplies
• Computer, Printer and IT Equipment Suppliers
• Electronic Equipment and Accessories
• Agricultural Inputs and Equipment
• Seeds, Fertilizers and Farming Tools
• Construction Materials and Hardware Supplies
• Training and Workshop Materials
• Printing, Publication, Banner and Branding Services
• Resource Persons, Trainers, Facilitators and Subject Matter Experts
• Furniture and Office Equipment Suppliers
• Emergency Relief and Non-Food Item (NFI) Suppliers.
• Internet Services

Eligibility Criteria

Interested applicants should submit the following documents:

• Company/Firm Registration Certificate.
• PAN/VAT Registration Certificate.
• Latest Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Return Submission Evidence.
• Firm Profile with details of experience.
• List of major clients or similar assignments completed.
• Contact details of authorized representative.
• Any relevant licenses or certifications applicable to the service category.

Submission Procedure

Interested firms and individuals are requested to submit their EOI along with the required documents in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning "Application for Vendor Enlistment KOBO link : https://ee-eu.kobotoolbox.org/x/jay6pVXp
