Expression of Interest: Endline Survey and Evaluation Consultant

International Alert is seeking an experienced consultant or firm to conduct an endline survey and evaluation for an upcoming project. This assignment is expected to start on 29 August 2025. This will be a comprehensive evaluation in relation to the project outcomes, impact and lessons learned following the end of a forthcoming project. The evaluation will involve some depth with respect to project effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, impact and sustainability, while the endline survey will focus on collecting quantitative and qualitative data to measure changes in key indicators against baseline data. The duration of this assignment is one month.

Interested and qualified applicants are invited to submit a technical proposal (maximum 5 pages covering both the evaluation and the endline survey).
