Consultancy Service: Event Management Support

Introduction

The Right Here Right Now 2 (RHRN2) Programme (2021–2025) is a global strategic partnership advancing the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) of young people in gender-just societies. To celebrate and reflect on the five-year journey, the RHRN2 Nepal Coalition is organizing a Closeout Event on 15 October 2025 in Kathmandu.

The event will bring together around 150 participants, including representatives from the government, UN agencies, I/NGOs, CSOs, media, independent experts, and youth advocates. To ensure smooth and professional experience, the coalition seeks an event management vendor to provide sound systems, LED screens, and technical support services during the event.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event AV support.
• Experience providing services for conferences, national events, or international forums.
• Availability of professional-grade sound, LED, and multimedia equipment.

How to Apply

Interested Nepalese firm or organization must be submitted their proposals including estimated budget and all the required documents, electronically via email to application@yuwanepal.org with the subject line “Event Management Support” before/by September 21, 2025, by 5:00 PM (Nepal Standard Time). The following documents/information to demonstrate the qualifications.

• Letter of Interest (Cover Letter)
• A short technical proposal
• Financial proposal with details of cost breakdowns and notes
• List of equipment and tools
• CVs of team members (if applicable)
• Legal documents (i.e., registration, PAN/VAT, renewal documents, latest tax clearance certificate FY 2080/81 etc.)
