Call for submission of Expression of Interest (EOI)

CEAPRED, in partnership with ICIMOD, has been implementing “Integrated Climate Adaptation Solution for the Hindu Kush Himalaya Region” (HICAS)” with pilot interventions in Roshi Rural Municipality of Kavrepalanchok district and Dhankuta Municipality of Dhankuta district. The project aims to improve the climate resilient and nature-positive livelihoods of rural women, and Indigenous People and Local Communities (IPLCs)– through management of springsheds, productive use of renewable energy for irrigation and drinking waters, and agrobiodiversity. 

To support this effort, a feasibility assessment of potential springsheds has been already completed, and potential springs for intervention have been identified. In this context, CEAPRED invites Expressions of Interest (EoI) from eligible individuals and firms to undertake the assignment as outlined in the Terms of Reference (ToR).

Interested applicants must submit the following documents:

• Technical and financial proposal including a cover letter addressed to Procurement Team
• Legal documents: 
  • For consulting firms: Company Registration & valid tax clearance certificates
  • For individual consultants: PAN/VAT registration certificates
• Profile of the applicant together with the CVs of proposed experts

Submission Details:

• Deadline: 17:00 hours (COB) on or before 15th February 2026

Incomplete applications or submissions received after the deadline will not be considered. Only selected applicant will be contacted for further contracting process. CEAPRED reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason.
