1. Creasion Nepal is a non-profit organization working to create sustainable environmental and social impact across Nepal. We focus on protecting natural resources while promoting responsible and circular use of materials. Our work empowers youth and women through education, skills development, and green livelihood opportunities. We support communities in addressing climate change, managing waste, and building resilience to disasters. The purpose of this EOI is to identify, assess, and shortlist competent vendors, suppliers, and service providers who are willing and able to supply goods and render services to CREASION on an as-needed basis throughout the fiscal year. Shortlisted vendors will be included in CREASION's Approved Vendor Roster and will be invited to submit quotations/proposals for specific procurement requirements as they arise. 

2. CREASION invites applications from vendors and suppliers in the following categories of goods and services. Applicants may apply for one or more categories. Each category will be shortlisted independently FY 2026/27:

Note: The above categories are indicative. CREASION reserves the right to add, remove, or modify categories based on operational needs during the validity period.

Vendors/Individuals interested to be listed in the annual vendor list (AVL) /roaster are requested to submit their application with APPLICATION FORM attached. Interested Vendors/Individuals must send duly filled & signed application form in hard copies along with the company/individual profile, copy of trade license, copies of valid company registration certificate, PAN/VAT certificate, tax clearance certificate, references or recommendation letters or list of customer etc) by hand on or before 17:00 Hours on 16th June 2026 to the CREASION Baluwatar, Kathmandu office , telephone:- 01-4540085 ,01-4520784

3. Must be Legally Registered Firm / company /entity in Nepal (private firm, partnerships or company), hold a valid business registration certificate and latest tax clearance certificate.

4. Must have at least two (2) years of relevant experience in the applied category , document related to references shall be submitted along with the application form. 

5. The hard copies should be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the subject - CREASION/EOI/2025-26/001 vendor listing and mention the category from the category list. Eligible vendors/individuals who provide complete information may be invited to participate in future procurement processes. Therefore, all interested vendors are requested to respond to this EOI by submitting the required documents along with application form. 

6. If the last date of summitting the application falls on a public holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. 

7. CREASION reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any application and alter the provisions of this EOI as deemed necessary without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
