We invite qualified firms, suppliers, companies, and individuals to express their interest to become a part of our vendor list for the Fiscal Year 2027 (1 July 2026 - 30 June 2027).

Eligible Criteria:

• Firm/Company registered with Government of Nepal 
• Having Tax/VAT certificate.
• Tax Clerance certificate for year 2081/2082
• Experience letter to proof the Supply and Service for minimum three years 
• List of top customers, prefer to NGO/INGOs

Interested applicants are requested to submit a Letter of Interest (as per Annex I) and the Vendor Registration Form (as per Annex II), both available through the links provided in the advertisement. These documents, along with the five required eligibility documents mentioned above, must be compiled into a single PDF file and submitted via email to Procurement-NP@heifer.org.
