FOR STATUTORY AUDIT

Human Rights and Environment Development Center (HURENDEC) is non- governmental, non- political and youth lead organization established in 1993 A.D. with vision of "improved life standard; and equitable society” through our envision voice for social justice. HURENDEC works in various developmental themes; Integrated Program Framework (IPF) Good governance, Human rights, Maternal Child Health and Nutrition, Reproductive health, Education, Child protection, Natural Resource Management, Livelihood, and Humanitarian Response As per the board and and procurement committee decision, HURENDEC  invites sealed Financial and Technical Proposals from qualified Audit Firms (Chartered Accountants) to conduct the Statutory Audit including all donor-funded projects for the Fiscal Year 2082/083.

1. Mandatory Eligibility Requirements

• Compliance with all legal requirements, including a valid firm registration and renewal certificate.
• Valid VAT registration certificate along with the latest tax clearance certificate.
• Up-to-date and updated quality regulatory compliance certificates/documents from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN).
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional standing and working experience in auditing non-governmental organizations (NGOs) or relevant social sectors.

2. Submission Procedures & Process

Interested and eligible audit firms are requested to submit their formal proposals within 7 days of this notice publication. As detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) to concerned audit firms. Firms are requested to submit the required financial proposal and submit all required documentation electronically protected with password by this email: "procurement@hurendec.org “or in a sealed envelope hardcopy at the HURENDEC office.

Deadline for Submission: 2082/03/29 Bikram Sambat / 2026/07/013 (Before 5:00 PM). Proposals received after this deadline will not be evaluated.

Note: HURENDEC reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all submissions without mentioning any reasons whatsoever.
