Call for Expression of Interest (EOI): Endline Survey and Final Project Evaluation

International Alert invites Expressions of Interest from qualified and experienced individual consultants or consulting firms with demonstrated expertise in evaluation, research, and data collection in comparable contexts to undertake an endline survey and final evaluation of a project scheduled for completion in February 2026. The assignment is expected to commence on 16 March 2026, and the total duration of the assignment will be one month. This consultancy will involve conducting a comprehensive end-line survey and final evaluation to assess the project’s overall performance. The evaluation will examine project outcomes, impact, and key lessons learned, with in-depth analysis of the project’s effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, impact, and sustainability.

The endline survey and final evaluation will focus on the systematic collection of quantitative and qualitative data to measure changes in key indicators against established baseline data, providing evidence of progress and results achieved over the project period.

Interested and qualified applicants are invited to submit a technical proposal (maximum 10 pages covering both the evaluation and the endline survey). Interested firms/organizations should submit their Technical and Financial Proposal to nepal@international-alert.org.The deadline for submitting the Expression of Interest is 5 March 2026.
