Call for EOI for Pre-Qualification of Vendors for Emergency Hygiene Kits

WaterAid is an international not-for-profit organization, established in 1981, determined to make clean water, decent toilets, and good hygiene practices normal for everyone, everywhere within a generation. We change millions of lives every year, working in 26 countries to provide clean water, decent toilets, and good hygiene. WaterAid has been working in Nepal since 1987. We team up with local partners, technical experts, governments, and communities to support the delivery of integrated WASH services and hygiene behaviour change programme in hard-to-reach communities, helping to transform lives. 

Nepal remains highly vulnerable to natural disasters including floods, landslides, and earthquakes. These emergencies often disrupt access to safe water, sanitation facilities, and essential hygiene materials, increasing the risk of communicable and waterborne diseases. Ensuring timely access to hygiene kits is critical to protecting health, dignity, and well-being, particularly for disaster-affected and displaced populations. 

To strengthen emergency preparedness and enable rapid response, WaterAid Nepal invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible suppliers, vendors, and firms for the pre-qualification and framework agreement for supply and delivery of Emergency Hygiene Kits in its project areas. Interested vendors with an experience in supplying hygiene materials and ability to demonstrate the capacity for bulk procurement and emergency delivery are invited to submit their application via email clearly marked as ‘EOI for for Pre-Qualification of Emergency Hygiene Kit Vendors’ to the mentioned email address no later than 16th July 2026.
