Key Responsibilities

The role involves supporting the identification, development, and execution of new initiatives aligned with the Group’s long-term vision. This includes engaging with potential partners, institutions, professionals, and other stakeholders; assisting in business development and outreach activities; supporting early-stage setup of new programs or ventures; conducting light research and preparing concept notes, proposals, or briefing materials; and coordinating internally to ensure follow-through and progress. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Prior exposure to education, training, consulting, or social-impact sectors is preferred.
