JOB MISSION: The Mess Waiter/BarTender is responsible for serving Core meals, Tea & Coffee, Tea & Toast and drinks at dinning, Anteroom, bar, honesty bar and BGN functions. KEY OUTCOMES:

SUCCESS PROFILE:
Ideal candidate will display quality, efficiency, consistency in key areas of operation (F&B) with organized approach. Should be able to produce standard work with minimum supervision within given time and should have understanding of the following:

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 1.Qualification & Training: a) Hospitality qualification and training in Food & Beverage from a reputed institute. b) Good spoken and written English Language required. (Will be tested during sift & interview). c) IT literate with knowledge of Health & Safety at work. 2.Experience: Two years post qualification experience in a reputed hospitality institution (Hotel/Restaurant). |

NPR 221.19/hour - Grade SZ1 Dashain Bonus, Gratuity and Provident Fund 25 hours a week – Part Time Annual 25 days, Public Holidays 10 days 100% reimbursement for Job Holder and limited reimbursement for immediate dependents |
