Islamic Relief Worldwide, IRW is an international humanitarian organization that provides development programs and humanitarian relief around the globe, regardless of race, political affiliation, gender or beliefs (http://www.islamic-relief.org/). In Nepal, IRW is affiliated with Social Welfare Council as International Non-Governmental Organization since 2017.

Islamic Relief Worldwide, Nepal invites qualified company/vendors to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for enlistment in the vendor list of upcoming year (Jan to December 2023) under following categories:

Categories 

1. Vehicle Hiring services inside Kathmandu Valley and outside Kathmandu valley and in the districts of  Mohattari, Janakpur, Sarlahi, Rautahat, Bara, Kapilvastu and Rupandehi.
2. Domestic/International Air Ticketing and Facilitation on visa processing.
3. ICT Supplies (Computer, Laptop, Printer, Mobile phones, Photocopy Machine, Cartridge, and other IT accessories)
4. IT services (Networking and Repair & Maintenance)
5. Insurance- Provide medical/accidental insurance to IRW Nepal staff/dependent and insure IRW Nepal property/equipment
6. Furniture and furnishings such as (Office Chairs, Table, Cupboard, sofa covers, Curtains etc)
7. Office Supplies, Stationeries and Consumables 
8. Printing and publication (Banners, Visiting Card, Notebook, Pen, Annual report, T-shirts, Cap, Bags etc.)
9. Maintenance (Carpentry, Plumbing, Water supply, Electrical maintenance, Backups and generators).
10. Hotel services- meeting/workshop/seminar hall including food and accommodation) inside Kathmandu Valley, outside Kathmandu valley and in the districts of Mohattari, Janakpur, Sarlahi, Rautahat, Bara, Kapilvastu, Rupandehi, Chitwan & Pokhara.
11. Advertisement agencies (online and print media)
12. Internet Service
13. Designing and Printing of documents
14. Transportation of goods, courier services
15. Security Guard, cleaner, 

Interested firm/suppliers/ company/ should submit:

• A cover letter, 
• A copy of registration certificate,
• VAT/PAN registered 
• Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
• Vendor profile

Only interested vendors are encouraged to submit their EOI in hard or soft copies at our office address before 10 February 2023. 

Submission Procedures:

Hard Copy Submission: The hard copy documents should be enclosed in a sealed envelope with Subject-IRW Nepal, EOI FY 2023 vendor listing and mention the category you are interested in from the above list.

Soft Copy Submission: Submit scanned copy of documents online (email to: info.nepal@islamic-relief.org.np) with Subject- IRW Nepal, EOI FY 2023 vendor listing and mention the category you are interested in from the above list.

A response to this EOI does not automatically ensure that you will be selected for quotation/bid. Islamic Relief Worldwide, Nepal reserves the rights to reject any or all proposals without assigning any reasons whatever.
