Abhiyan Nepal with the partnership of One Heart Worldwide is going to implement “Strengthening Maternal Neonatal Health Services in Partnership with the Local Government (स्थानीय सरकारको साझेदारीमा मातृ तथा नवजात शिशु स्वास्थ्य सेवा सुदृढिकरण) in DewahiGonahi, Katahariya, Gujara, Paroha, Rajpur, Yamunamai, Chandrapur, Brindaban, and Phatuwa Bijaypur of Rautahat.” from 17th July 2022. So, the organization invites applications from suitable and qualified Nepalese citizens for the following positions:

Project Coordinator

  • Master’s degree in Public Health with two years of previous experiences in related field or Bachelor’s degree in Public Health with five years of previous experiences in related field

Project Coordinator leads overall management of OHW supported MNH project in the district under the guidance of Executive Director/Chairperson and in coordination with District Coordinator - OHW. This position is responsible to provide overall programmatic, financial and management support in planning, implementing, and monitoring of activities of his/her district.

Field Officer

  • Bachelor’s in Public Health (BPH)
  • Preferred experience in the maternal, neonatal and child health fields.

The Field Officer will be responsible to provide technical support to MNH service providers at the facility level and relevant stakeholders in MNH program planning, conduct community awareness-raising activities focusing on MNH status assessment, planning and monitoring at the facility and community level.

Field Officer – Clinical

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Staff Nurse degree with work experience of 2 years
  • Preferred experience in the maternal, neonatal and child health fields.

The Field Officer – Clinical will be responsible to provide technical support to MNCH service providers at the facility level and relevant stakeholders in MNCH program planning, conducting community awareness-raising activities focusing on MNCH, assessment, planning and follow-ups of MNCH services at the facility and community level.
