Details / requirements:
UI/UX Designer
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be working on and owning the designs of one of the early-stage products. We are looking for an all-rounder designer with expertise in interaction design, visual design, and product thinking. This is a remote role and is independent of your location.
Responsibilities
- Know how to turn an idea into a useful and usable product
- Understand the user mindset and ability to empathize with their needs and pain points
- Create end-to-end design flows and experiences
- Turn low fidelity workflows into elegant high fidelity mockups
- Critically think about product goals and contribute to high-level product strategy
- Collaborate and communicate with product partners, software developers, and other UX designers
Minimum Qualification
- Experience with building and shipping digital products.
- Demonstrated experience in creating end-to-end flows.
- Communicate well with the product team
- Share 2-4 featured products showcasing expertise in interaction design
- Experience working with software developers and product managers
- Ability to quickly iterate designs based on the product team and user feedback
- Experience with implementing the design in react native application
Preferred Qualification
- 2+ years of interaction design experience
- 2+ years of visual design experience
- 2+ years of strategic product thinking experience
- 2+ years of experience designing for mobile and web experiences
