UI/UX Designer

Job Description

• Ability to understand project requirement clearly.
  
• Think creatively to produce new design ideas, concepts and implement those design ideas.
• Hands-on experience in creating and using wireframes, prototypes by collaborating with Business Analyst, Business Owner and other stake holders with tools such Adobe XD, Figma.
• Write efficient and responsive codes in HTML5, CSS 3, JavaScript, jQuery and using Bootstrap.
• Design user interface elements and prepare style guide.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
• Work collaboratively in a team to deliver team commitments, goals and meet deadlines.
• Maintain documentation of own work.
• Take lead and defend the design that you will initiate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
  
• Past experience as UI/UX designer of at least 3 years.
• Excellent knowledge and experience with Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and XD.
• Ability to create wireframes and high- fidelity prototyping.
• Excellent knowledge and experience with Bootstrap.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in JavaScript and jQuery
• Excellent knowledge and experience coding with HTML5 and CSS 3.
• Ability to research new design trends, best design practices and implement for the system.
• Should have outstanding designing skills.
• Understanding of layout aesthetics.
• Excellent analytical and planning skills.
• Be a team player and collaborate closely with Product Owner, Business Analyst, Developers, QA Engineers and other project stake holders.
• Ability to maintain version control using versioning tools like Git or SVN.
• Knowledge of Jira/Confluence
• Proactive and a good communicator in both written and verbal.
