The prototype of an agriculture loan management system called Mizani developed by Aria Tech was adjudged one of the two winners of UNCDF Agri-tech Innovation Challenge Fund. Aria also provides School Management System SAAS named Qbex.
Details / requirements:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and clients
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows
- Develop illustrations, logos, Android/IOS and Web UI designs
- Design graphic user interface elements targeted for Web and Mobile Apps
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites or apps function and look like
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and bring your own ideas
- Be a key contributor to new feature and tool design for clients and consumers
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year of experience
- Proven work experience as a Graphic/UI Designer or similar role
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, XD, Wireframe.cc and InVision)
- Cross-browser, cross-platform best practices and solutions
- Strong understanding of user experience and usability concepts
- Ability to turn complex problems into simple and engaging user interfaces for the web, mobile, and table
- Good time-management skills
- Preferred skills or background in fine arts or other creative fields
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
No minimum requirement, however one should be able to understand English and Nepali language, a good listener and honest communicator.
EXPERIENCE
We are looking for individuals who are focused, motivated and passionate about designing and bring ideas to the table. So, experience would be secondary if you can prove your competency with portfolios.
