The purpose of World Vision International (WVI) Nepal’s Traineeship Programme (Oct 2021- Sept 2022) is to develop and provide real world organizational experience to young Nepali graduates with a full-time on-the-job training assignment with access to mentoring and practical experiences in diverse and inclusive working environment.

Opening in various sectors based in both National Office and Field Offices Cluster

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (final year with the result waiting is also considered), commitment, positive attitude towards children and communities (this will be assessed from the referees and during the interview), gender balance, ethnicity & geographic diversity will be considered during selection (candidates from marginalized and ethnic communities will be  given preference), have clear personal vision for future career development, are willing to commit on WVI vision, mission and core values.
