Designation: Ticketing Officer

A Reputed Travel Company is looking for Ticketing Officer who is highly motivated and can contribute with their experience and expertise in ticketing can apply.

Requirements

• Able to make domestic and international bookings and issue tickets for customers in Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus.
• Re-book, refund, revalidate air tickets and other arrangements
• Help passengers by answering questions on travel arrangements
• Able to offer various route and itineraries  to passengers to plan for their trips
• Liaison between airline and office to make and confirm reservations
• Maximize sales and revenues by converting the inquiries related to domestic and international air tickets 
• Able to follow up payment with customers
