Details / requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Supporting in making reservations, bookings and direct customers on reservation status
- Make and receive calls to clients regarding ticketing inquiries
- Maintain records of visitors and clients and follow up in regular pace
- Assist administration on daily routine works
- Monitor clients travel details, and ensure that tickets are issued promptly and accurately
- Advising clients on travel arrangements
- Ending out tickets to clients and Keeping clients up to date with any changes
- Dealing with complaints or refunds
- Close sales deal with clients.
Skills and Requirements:
- Should be able to work with international ticketing GDS system such as Galileo, Amadeus etc independently.
- Should have knowledge of coding and decoding airport codes.
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in any discipline
- Should be well versed in English and Nepali languages
- Should possess strong sense of work ethics
- Should have good attitude and enthusiasm to grow within the company
- Should have proper skills of Microsoft Office Package
