Job Description of Tender documenter/Admin Assistant

  • Circulating, processing and submitting all the tender related  work which includes
  • collating tender information through various online service
  • compiling bid submission documents,
  • Monitoring and ensuring that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered including checking, binding and packing in standardized format, font and logo.
  • Preparing Purchase order and quotation 
  • Identify competitive market price of hospital equipment’s.
  • To co-ordinate with national and international client regarding medical equipment and price list.
  • Assisting in service related job through various field visit at least once or twice a week  
  • Working in liaison with marketing department to adhere the equipment sales and service strategy.
  • Perform other various task provided by operation department.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management

Requirement:

  • At least 1 years of experience/fresher’s.
