- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Answering questions in person or on telephone.
- Provide account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments; cashing checks; issuing savings withdrawals;
- Record transactions.
- Inform customer of deals and promotions
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
