Detailed Job description / requirements:
Technical Support Representative / Head (Positions 1)
- Bachelors Level in IT
- Installation & configuration of IP CCTV Cameras
- Installation & configuration of PABX / IP PABX
- Installation & configuration of Biometric Attendance System
- Knowledge of Hardware and Software Maintenance/ Networking and Server
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- The capacity to clearly explain a technical problem to a customer/colleague.
- Good listening and questioning skills in Nepali and English
- At least 1-year experience in a related field
Note: Having a driving license and personal vehicle is a must.
