Detailed Job description / requirements:
Position: Talent Acquisition Manager
- Investigate and determine employee needs;
- Identify the training needs and develop opportunities for all staff in coordination with the Senior management team, develop training plans and ensure its implementation;
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies;
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities;
- Use HRIS and Recruitment Marketing tools;
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast;
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (publish the vacancy, screening the CVs, conduct interviews and written tests etc.);
- Oversee and manage training and development initiatives for recruiting in order to improve the skills;
- Build and oversee relationships with professional organizations and universities to ensure strategic pipelines for diverse candidates;
- Provide hands on strategy for recruitment of senior level positions;
- MBA with having more than 3 years of working experience in HR and training and development.
