BASE Organization (Backward Society Education) is a leading NGO officially registered in 1991 in Dang with DAO and SWC. BASE has been working in the field of WASH, Education, livelihood support, child labor elimination, women empowerment, income generation, conflict mitigation, environmental sustainability, disaster preparedness and response, infrastructure support and protection and promotion of traditional indigenous culture as well as increasingly working with beneficiaries from other marginalized communities.

BASE is going to implement Hygiene Behavior Change Coalition Project phase-2 (HBCC-2) to response COVID19 in Bardiya district with the financial and technical support from WaterAid Nepal. BASE intends to recruit qualified and experienced Nepalese citizens for the following positions:

1. Post: Sub Engineer - (1 Position, based in Bardiya)

• Qualification and Experiences Requirement: Diploma or Intermediate of civil engineer with WASH sectors will highly desirable and bachelor degree with minimum 2 years of experience in related field

2. Post: Sub Overseer level degree in engineering-civil (3 Positions, based in cluster basis in Bardiya district)

• Qualification and Experiences Requirement: SLC technical in civil engineer with WASH sector knowledge will be highly desirable, minimum 1 year of experience in related field.

3. Health and Hygiene Field Supervisor – (8 Positions, based in cluster basis and responsible for Local Government  level in Bardiya district)

• Qualification and Experiences Requirement: Intermediate Degree in Arts, Education, PCL Nursing, etc. WASH sector knowledge will be highly desirable, minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
