Sr. Recruitment Officer

Salary: As per company policy (Negotiable)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement recruiting strategy
  • Represent company in the job market and attract and retain a strong rider pool 
  • Anticipate hiring needs, set goals for hiring process and track the progress
  • Involve in vacancy announcements, screening, interview and overall selection and on-boarding process
  • Manage agency relationship and develop strong pool of candidates and on-call applicants
  • Develop training programs for the employees
  • Coordinate with HR department for administrative and documentation needs of the employees
  • Support and counsel on riders on HR policies and procedures of the company

Job Specification

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the related area
  • Strong presentation and HR Marketing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training, disciplinary procedures, labor law, etc.)
  • Conflict management, problem solving and decision making skills

Specific Requirements:

  • Having driving license and personal vehicle is a must.
